Anti-Diet Yoga: A body-positive, anti-diet culture, inclusive yoga community.


Hi everyone! I'm Breanne Failor and the founder of Anti-Diet Yoga. I have my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from and I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Lay Facilitator.

My goal is to create yoga classes that are accessible to all bodies. Giving you time and space to quiet your mind and connect to your body through movement and breath. Building a community where diet culture is left at the door, and you are perfect the way you are right now!

I know for some of you, this may be a new idea or concept. I've been there. I have done the "healthy living," I have restricted food and over-exercised in the name of a "healthy life." I have worked out with the only goal to make myself smaller, thinking that would be what would make me happy, and I can tell you it didn't.

Let me share with you what I'm learning and how we can connect the anti-diet movement & intuitive eating with what yoga really is at its core (I'll give you a hint, it's not handstands), and how we can find peace together in our bodies the way they are today at this moment.
