Welcome

Hi everyone! I'm Breanne Failor and the founder of Anti-Diet Yoga. I have my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Lay Facilitator.

My goal is to create yoga classes that are accessible to all bodies. Giving you time and space to quiet your mind and connect to your body through movement and breath. Building a community where diet culture is left at the door, and you are perfect the way you are right now!

I incorporate Intuitive Eating, body acceptance, and body-positive themes into my classes. All of my classes are for all levels of yoga practitioners; beginners are welcome and encouraged. My classes and private lessons are offered online over zoom. I also have pre-recorded classes available and a monthly membership option that allows you access to all her content.
